Our QNDK-800 fully automatic vegetable pillow packaging machine is specially designed for commercial packaging of various fresh vegetables, including leafy greens, carrots, cucumbers, eggplants, peppers, green onions and other farm and garden produce. Equipped with a full set of upgraded practical configurations, the machine supports multiple optional devices to meet diverse production needs. Users can match an inflatable device, coding machine and punching device to realize fresh-keeping inflation, production date printing and breathable hole processing. The matched linear sealing wheel and large high-definition touch screen further optimize the packaging process, achieving fully automated, standardized and high-efficiency vegetable packaging.

The high-sensitivity large touch screen features a concise operating interface, allowing one-click parameter setting and real-time fault alarm reminders for easy operation. In terms of packaging quality and durability, the equipment adopts independent PID constant temperature control and double-sided turntable hot-press sealing technology. The high-hardness alloy cutter holder is non-deformable with fast heat conduction and long service life, ensuring neat and smooth cutting for every package.

With upgraded and expanded technical parameters, the maximum film width reaches 800mm, with unlimited bag length, 150-380mm adjustable bag width and 100mm maximum product height, compatible with various sizes of vegetables. The packaging speed ranges from 20 to 100 bags per minute. It supports common food-grade packaging films such as BOPP, CPP and OPP/PE, with stable 220V voltage operation, strong adaptability and wide industrial applicability.
