EMI Shielding Knitted Stainless Steel Mesh Roll
Flexible knitted stainless steel wire mesh roll for EMI RF shielding, gasketing, cable wrap, and gas liquid filtration. Made from AISI 304, 304L, 316, or 316L stainless steel with interlocking loop structure. Offers effective electromagnetic interference shielding, high temperature resistance up to 600°C, corrosion resistance, and compressibility for shielding gaskets, enclosure seals, Faraday cage vent panels, and demister pads. Mill test report available.
Available Widths: 4″, 6″, 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″, or 42″
Material Selection
- Stainless Steel: Most commonly used in automotive and industrial applications for EMI/RF shielding with excellent corrosion and temperature resistance
- Inconel: Ideal for high temperature applications up to 2300°F
- Aluminium: Suitable for industrial and aerospace applications
- Copper: Available in round or flat wire for welding protection pads, pest control, plastic industry cleaning, and nickel filters
