SS316 ferrule type stainless steel wire rope mesh – also known as ferrule cable mesh, ferrule wire rope netting, or SS316 ferrule rope mesh – is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant mesh system made from stainless steel wire ropes joined together by stainless steel ferrules at each intersection. The ferrule type mesh is of the same physical properties as knotted mesh; the only difference is in the combination style, where the wire ropes are combined by ferrules which are made of the same grade stainless steel to form consistent diamond-shaped openings with a standard 60° angle, though other angles such as 20°, 30°, 70° and 75° are also available.
