Overview
The humidity and oxygen analyzer uses an ionic flow humidity sensor to measure the moisture in the sample gas. With a microcontroller as the core, it controls the sensor's operating voltage to separately measure the oxygen concentration and the mixed concentration of oxygen and water vapor. Based on the functional relationship between these measurements and the sensor output signals, it calculates the humidity value and oxygen concentration value, and provides corresponding signal outputs, offering an accurate basis for environmental humidity monitoring.
