Duolin Medium Frequency Induction Heating Equipment For Forging Preheating 3 T/hour

Induction hot forging and forming is a process that heats metal materials to temperatures between 1000-1250°C. Induction forging furnaces are widely used in the metal and foundry sectors for heating materials such as aluminum, carbon steel, brass, and copper, with different materials requiring different heating temperatures.

DUOLIN induction forging systems are available in two types:

• Full Forging: Carried out entirely within the induction furnace. Continuous feed systems push billets through heating tunnel coils. After hot forging, localized compressive forces shape the billets.
• Partial Forging: Heats the end of a bar to allow material to be upset into a head, such as in bolt manufacturing. Cold raw material can be heated one piece at a time or on a continuous feed basis.

• Maximum carbon steel production capacity: 3 T/hour
• Special heating furnace required for workpieces with diameter above 140mm or length above 400mm
• Uniform heating with temperature monitoring
• Rapid heating with minimal oxide layer formation
