4M 6M Geotextile Tubes Sludge Containment Outdoor Geosynthetic Tubes
UV resistant geotextile tubes are specifically designed for long-term outdoor sludge containment and dewatering applications. The fabric is stabilized with carbon black and anti-UV additives, allowing it to maintain strength and performance even after prolonged exposure to sunlight.
During operation, sludge or slurry is pumped into the tube, where water quickly drains through the permeable fabric while solids are retained inside. This process significantly reduces volume and improves handling efficiency.
Compared to conventional drying methods, geotextile tubes require less space, reduce operational time, and offer a more controlled dewatering process. Their durability also makes them suitable for extended use without frequent replacement.
