Main Features
1.The body is designed for impact resistance, earthquake resistance, and high rigidity, and is finely processed by machinery to meet the installation and load strength of each component. Multiple reinforcing ribs have been welded inside the rack to ensure the rigidity of the equipment during use and minimize slight deformation during the welding process, ensuring the stability of welding and the safety of manual use.
2.The upper electrode is pressurized by a gas-liquid booster cylinder, and the electrode pressure is adjustable. The gas-liquid booster cylinder can achieve high output of the hydraulic cylinder using general air pressure without the need for a hydraulic unit.
3.The welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
4.The equipment is equipped with air pressure, water pressure switches, and alarms. It can effectively prevent water or gas shortage welding, thereby protecting the safety of equipment use.
5.The descent and ascent speed of the pressure head can be adjusted arbitrarily, which alleviates the pressure impact on the workpiece and reduces noise.
6.Electrode pressurization, smooth and fast, aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, light friction ring combination cylinder, equipped with a pilot high flow electromagnetic directional valve, with faster response speed and extremely sensitive follow-up performance, achieving extremely high dot speed.
7.Insulation protection, safe and reliable. The secondary side circuit adopts a pressurized cylinder seat and upper arm insulation method, which facilitates direct installation and welding work on the lower seat without worrying about short circuits. It is simple and practical.
8.Welding power supply, energy-saving and efficient. The main welding circuit adopts a fully water-cooled resistance welding transformer and rectifier, with strong output power.

Double Vibration Disc Efficient Feeding System
