The Z5030A industrial vertical drilling and tapping compound machine is a high-rigidity heavy-duty precision metal processing equipment, specially designed for metal drilling, thread tapping, hole reaming and precision hole machining in machinery manufacturing, mold processing, auto parts production, hardware fitting processing and various industrial mechanical maintenance workshops.
Adopting thickened large-diameter column body and stable spindle structure, the equipment supports maximum 30mm drilling and M22 internal thread tapping processing, equipped with ±45° freely rotatable worktable, which greatly expands the processing range and flexible clamping adaptability of irregular workpieces.
This drill press features 12 levels of wide-range spindle speed adjustment, matching 3 optional stable feed speeds, perfectly adapting drilling processing of different metal materials and hole diameter specifications. It supports 220V/380V/420V/440V multi-national universal voltage, equipped with independent cooling pump lubrication system, effectively reducing tool wear and improving long-term processing precision stability.

- Regularly check the cooling liquid circulation and lubrication state of each spindle transmission part, replenish lubricating oil and cooling liquid on time to ensure stable processing precision.
- Do not touch the rotating spindle and cutting tool directly during the operation of the machine, to avoid accidental mechanical injury safety accidents.
- When adjusting workpiece clamping, worktable angle and spindle stroke, please cut off the equipment power supply first to prevent misoperation risks.
- It is strictly prohibited to start the spindle without stable clamping workpieces, which will lead to spindle jitter, precision loss and safety hazards.
