Product Description:
Pre embedded channel is a specialized pre embedded steel component used in concrete structures, mainly used to fix contact networks, suspension columns, wire supports, various curtain walls, pipeline systems and other equipment. Its cross-section is usually square or V-shaped, and its grip and stress stability with concrete are enhanced by the locking function of the side stiffeners and the back hook structure
In terms of quality control, pre embedded channels need to undergo multiple tests including appearance dimensions, angles, static bearing capacity, fatigue, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance (such as salt spray testing). For example, the angle parameter needs to be measured by cutting the sample and under a stereomicroscope, which is crucial to ensure its installation accuracy and load-bearing performance
