Engineered to solve vibration, noise and displacement issues in pipeline operation, this O-type pipe clamp features an innovative full-wrapping structure. The main body is stamped from high-quality cold-rolled steel for high strength and deformation resistance, with galvanized rust-proof treatment to maintain stable performance even in humid environments like basements and outdoor pipe wells.
 
The inner rubber pad is made of aging-resistant material, which not only effectively buffers pipe vibration and reduces noise transmission, but also enhances friction between the clamp and pipe to prevent rotation or sliding during long-term use.
 
The split design with bolt locking structure allows quick installation without complex tools, and supports fine-tuning for different scenarios. O-Type Pipe Clamp – Quick Installation Guide:

Preparation:
Ensure the clamp size matches the pipe outer diameter. Check that the bolt and nut are intact, and the rubber liner is in good condition.

Step 1: Position the Clamp
Align the two metal halves with the rubber liner. Insert the pipe into the rubber-lined loop. Make sure the rubber fully wraps the pipe surface – no direct metal contact.

Step 2: Close the Clamp
Bring the two metal halves together until the bolt holes align. Insert the bolt through the top holes and hand-tighten the nut.

Step 3: Tighten the Bolt
Use a wrench or socket to tighten the top bolt. Do not over-tighten – stop when the rubber liner is slightly compressed and the pipe is secure but not deformed. Over-tightening may damage the pipe or reduce rubber life.

Step 4: Mount to Support (Optional)
For suspension or wall mounting: Align the side hex nut with the threaded rod or mounting base, then lock with a nut.
