The 32011 tapered roller bearing is a high-precision heavy-duty mechanical component engineered for large-scale machinery operating in harsh, high-load environments. As part of the 320 series, it features upgraded dimensions compared to the 32008 model: 55mm inner diameter, 90mm outer diameter, and 23mm width. This enhancement significantly increases load-bearing capacity, making it ideal for applications requiring efficient handling of extra-heavy radial loads and high axial forces.
The 32011 bearing features larger, thicker tapered rollers manufactured from premium high-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15SiMn). This material offers superior hardenability, toughness, and fatigue resistance. After rigorous heat treatment, rollers achieve surface hardness of HRC58-64 and core hardness of HRC30-45, balancing wear resistance and impact toughness.
Both inner and outer rings feature matched tapered raceways with a larger cone angle (20°-25°) designed to withstand higher axial loads. The raceways undergo advanced heat treatment including carburizing, quenching, and tempering, resulting in uniform hardened layers with excellent fatigue strength.
A high-strength structural steel cage separates and guides the tapered rollers. Precision-machined via CNC turning and milling, the cage features evenly spaced, tapered pockets that prevent collision and friction between rollers. High-end models use brass cages for better thermal conductivity and impact resistance in high-temperature applications.
Designed for extra-heavy combined radial and axial loads with basic rated dynamic load (Cr) of 180-200kN and static load (C0r) of 250-280kN. Capable of supporting radial loads up to 200kN and axial loads up to 80kN.
Optimized for moderate-speed operation with reference speed (grease lubrication) of 2800-3800 r/min and limiting speed (oil-bath lubrication) of 4500-5500 r/min.
Sensitive to shaft-housing misalignment - even 0.2° misalignment can reduce service life by 30%-50%. Requires precision alignment and proper fitting for optimal performance.
