Adopts high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy, integrated vertical cooling fins on outer surface. Large heat exchange area quickly dissipate heat of stored engine oil, stabilize oil viscosity under high-load driving, effectively avoid engine power drop caused by overheated lubricating oil. Compared with steel pans, it owns lighter weight and permanent anti-rust performance.

The bottom and side wall of oil pan adopt thickened casting design with internal cross reinforcing ribs. Greatly improve impact resistance, effectively resist scratch and deformation when hitting road stones, ground protrusions during off-road or daily driving, protect internal crankshaft and lubrication system.

The upper fitting flange undergoes CNC precise milling to form ultra-flat sealing surface. Cooperate with rubber gasket to achieve uniform compression stress all around, thoroughly eliminate hidden danger of engine oil seepage from joint surface.

Multi-layer separation baffles inside the pan limit sharp oil level fluctuation during rapid acceleration, braking and sharp turning. Prevent oil pump air intake and insufficient lubrication, maintain stable oil supply to moving parts.
