• Connector loosening and signal dropout under vibration: Full TPU/PUR overmolding with integrated strain relief locks the connector to the cable, holding a stable IP67-rated connection on moving machine parts.
• Wrong connector type or pinout for your sensor: We terminate M8 or M12, 3/4/5/8-pin, straight or angled, and wire the exact pinout of your proximity, photoelectric, encoder or pressure sensor.
• Electrical noise corrupting analog sensor signals: Optional foil and braid shielding protects low-level signals in inverter, motor and power-line environments.
• Oil, coolant and flex damage on the machine: PUR or PVC jacket options resist cutting fluids and oils, with flex-rated conductors for continuous motion applications.
