The ZDL Embossment Spot Welding Machine is specially designed for spot welding on the embossment of the corrugated fins. It is an automatic spot welding machine controlled by PLC and HMI system. The machine mainly consists of chain conveyor, centering and clamping mechanism, pneumatic system, spot welding system, cooling system, two-axis dual servo system, electrical control system and etc. The computer completes the entire working procedure at one time according to the input parameters. With brand new design, noiselessness and excellent quality in welding spot. The strength of the welding spot meets the pressure requirements of the transformer tank, easy operation, stable function, and safety & stability.
