The LPG Series High Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer processes solutions, emulsions, suspensions, or slurries by spraying them into fine beads within hot air. As materials descend from the top to the bottom of the drying chamber, water evaporates, transforming the product into powder or granular form.
Hot air is introduced from the top while material liquid is pumped to the tower's apex via screw or peristaltic pump. The atomizer converts the feeding solution into fine beads or droplets. Upon contact with high-temperature air, water evaporates instantly, drying the material into finished product within seconds.
Atomization significantly increases liquid material surface area, with 95%-98% moisture evaporating instantly in hot air spiral stream. Completes drying within seconds, ideal for heat-sensitive materials.
Excellent uniformity, fluidity, and solubility. High-purity output with consistent quality and adjustable particle parameters.
Directly dries liquids with 40-60% moisture content (up to 90% for special materials) into fine powder/granules in a single step. No secondary crushing or screening required.
