BZJ Series Centrifugal Coating Granulator
Solutions, suspensions and slurries are atomized and sprayed uniformly onto rolling core pellets inside the centrifugal fluid bed chamber.
This integrated all-in-one unit consolidates material lifting, granulation and film coating within a single compact body. It enables accurate layered treatment and efficient in-situ drying to manufacture premium, homogeneous pharmaceutical pellets.
It features fast granulation cycles, perfectly spherical pellets with narrow particle size distribution, high finished product yield, negligible agglomeration, and outstanding raw material utilization efficiency.
The complete set consists of a centrifugal main body, powder feeding device, intelligent electric control cabinet, air blower unit, air heating system, dust collection device and matching auxiliary components.
