3. PLC control, automatic tracking color code, intelligent confirm correct color code position by only one or two bags.
4. Counting cup can be adjusted when machine working.
5. Bag sealing temperature controlled by intelligent temperature controller, sealing error in ± 2 degree.
6. Computer set the bag length, do not need to change the gear.
7. Packaging materials: Reel film, including PET / PE, PET / Plated Al / PE, aluminum foil / paper / polyethylene, polyethylene,nylon compound materials can be heat sealed.

Optional device

1. Auto tracking: Adjust the film position automatically (For the whole set machine)
2. Bag supporter: Support the bag for heavy items.
3. Static charge elimilater: Elimilate the powder static charge. (For Powder)
4. Air expeller: Remove the bag air.(For Powder)
5. Nitrogen Flush: Make the bag fat to avoid the items damaged.(chips)

How do the bagger pack machine work?

Step1 : pour bulk products into the storage hopper manually or automatically
Step2 : Z-bucket elevator will Convey the granule to the Linear weigher
Step3 : Linear weigher will dose target weight we need
Step4 : Roll film to make the bag
Step5 : filling machine drop down products with target weight into open bags
Step6 : the sealing jaws seal bags automatically
Step7 : Take away conveyor will convey the finished bag to the collect items.
