Traditional mold storage methods including floor stacking and fixed shelving cannot bear heavy mold weight, easily causing shelf deformation, mold damage and even collapse accidents. Our heavy-duty drawer mold storage rack is professionally developed for high-load storage of injection molds, die-casting molds and stamping molds, Resolve the drawbacks of low load-bearing capacity and inadequate structural stability inherent to conventional mold racks.
The whole frame adopts integral full-welded Q235B carbon steel structure, with thickened main beam and multi-point reinforced rib design for each drawer layer. After high-temperature stress relief treatment, the internal welding stress is completely eliminated, ensuring long-term stable operation without deformation or shaking under full load. The single-layer customized load capacity ranges from 2 ton to 10 ton, fully meeting the storage demands of small, medium and large industrial molds.
Equipped with industrial-grade high-load alloy steel slide rails and thickened anti-wear rollers, the drawer realizes 85% full extension pull-out. Even under maximum heavy mold load, the pulling process is smooth and stable without jamming or shaking. All sliding components pass 10,000+ fatigue resistance tests, adapting to long-term high-frequency mold picking and placing in injection workshops.
The surface adopts degreasing, pickling, phosphating anti-rust pretreatment and electrostatic powder spraying process, with excellent rust-proof, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant properties, adapting to humid, high-dust industrial workshop environments. The independent drawer storage structure avoids mold collision, extrusion and surface wear caused by stacking, effectively protecting mold precision and prolonging mold service life.
