Oversize Vertical Sheet Rack, Wide Upright Plate Storage Rack for Large Format Steel Aluminum Slabs
Oversize vertical sheet rack expands vertical compartment width, depth and drawer stroke to fit full-size large-format industrial sheets (12202440mm, 15003000mm and customized super-wide slabs), with upright vertical storage structure optimized for large single-piece heavy panels that cannot be stacked horizontally due to workshop space restrictions.
Each vertical drawer adopts widened integral bearing keel structure to distribute the weight of oversized whole plates evenly across the frame base. The slide rail assembly extends the full pull-out stroke to fully expose the entire surface of large-format sheets, allowing direct vacuum lifter or overhead crane loading without partial sheet blockage. Vertical compartment partitions are thickened to resist lateral pressure generated by wide oversized slabs standing upright.
The rack overall height can be customized up to 6 meters to match extra-long industrial sheets, and the base uses extra-wide reinforced solid foot plates to maintain anti-tilt stability under unbalanced weight of large single panels. Independent vertical bays separate different size oversize sheets to avoid mutual collision and edge damage during storage. Reserved overhead lifting clearance above each compartment realizes one-step loading and unloading of full-size raw slabs.
