Manual dual-side telescoping cantilever rack is engineered exclusively for centralized storage of long-format sheets, profile slabs and elongated raw materials that cannot be stored in conventional drawer and vertical racks. Adopting bidirectional retractable cantilever arm structure, this storage system features flexible telescopic arms to replace fixed cantilever design, allowing operators to extend designated arms for material picking and retract idle arms to simplify daily aisle management.
The integral main frame is fabricated from high-tensile H-section steel, with reinforced vertical uprights and bottom cross bracing to form a stable triangular bearing structure. Each cantilever arm adopts multi-stage segmented telescopic design, equipped with high-precision heavy-duty roller sliding assemblies to ensure smooth manual extension and retraction. Every arm is fitted with independent mechanical locking latches, which can lock the arm at any stroke position to maintain stable bearing status during loading and unloading.
Different from traditional fixed cantilever shelves that occupy permanent aisle space, retractable arms can be fully retracted close to the main frame when not in use, effectively reducing overall equipment occupied width. The surface of each cantilever arm is paved with thick anti-slip rubber matting to increase friction coefficient and prevent long sheets from shifting or scratching during placement. All welding seams undergo stress relief treatment to eliminate structural fatigue after long-term heavy-load operation.
