Anti-scratch Edge-protected Vertical Sheet Rack, Upright Panel Storage for Polished Precision Slabs
Anti-scratch edge-protected vertical sheet rack is optimized for high-precision polished panels, mirror stainless steel sheets, anodized aluminum plates and scratch-prone finished decorative slabs. We upgrade all direct contact parts between the rack and panels with flexible protective structures to eliminate surface abrasion, edge chipping and scratch marks during vertical storage.
All vertical limit baffles and bottom bearing support points are covered with customized thickened EVA soft protective strips. The flexible material fits closely with the edge and side of panels, replacing rigid metal contact and avoiding hard friction and collision damage. The top corners of all metal frames are wrapped with rounded rubber sleeves to prevent accidental scraping during material picking operations.
The internal vertical slots are scientifically spaced to reserve appropriate buffer gaps for each stored panel, effectively preventing mutual extrusion and surface friction between adjacent finished sheets. The frame surface adopts matte anti-fingerprint spraying process, which isolates dust and oil stains, and keeps the overall rack clean without daily complicated maintenance procedures.
