Mezzanine integrated multi-level heavy pallet rack integrates bottom heavy pallet storage beam frame and upper mezzanine steel floor platform into one unified load-bearing structure, canceling independent separate mezzanine support columns that occupy storage space, realizing double-layer comprehensive storage within single rack footprint, maximizing vertical warehouse space utilization rate.

The bottom layer adopts standard heavy box beam pallet rack structure for forklift-access heavy pallet cargo storage; the top layer lays thick patterned anti-slip steel grating mezzanine floor, matched with safety guardrail and anti-drop foot baffle, suitable for manual picking small and medium-sized boxed goods, semi-finished parts and spare inventory.

The whole rack main upright undertakes both bottom pallet heavy load and upper mezzanine floor uniform load simultaneously, adopting Q355B thickened high-rigidity section steel with reinforced double-row diagonal bracing to balance upper and lower layered weight distribution and avoid frame unilateral tilt deformation. Independent safety stair and cargo lifting gate can be customized on rack side for personnel and goods up-down circulation.

Vertical beam height of bottom pallet layer and upper mezzanine clear height can be adjusted separately according to cargo size and personnel operation height requirements. The modular split bolt assembly design supports staged expansion of mezzanine area as warehouse inventory volume grows.
