Through precision hydraulic control and intelligent process management, this machine ensures smooth filling and sequential solidification, eliminating shrinkage porosity at the source—so every faucet body passes the pressure test with confidence.

Machine Performance

Our machine features multi-stage injection speed control: a slow shot phase allows the melt to smoothly push cavity gases out through vents, followed by a fast shot phase to complete cavity fill. This "slow-then-fast" injection curve is the key process technique for ensuring porosity-free water passage walls.

Our machine features an independent intensification system with high-rigidity platens that maintains feeding pressure throughout solidification, effectively compacting the internal structure. Precise intensification timing (triggered immediately upon fill completion) ensures shrinkage is promptly compensated, significantly reducing shrinkage porosity risk.

Our precision clamping system ensures tight parting-line mating to eliminate flash. Optimized gating design ensures smooth filling, preventing cold shuts and flow marks. Castings emerge with smooth, dense surfaces—providing an excellent substrate for subsequent plating.
