The high-response closed-loop control technology enables ultra-precise adjustment of injection speed at every stage of the fill cycle, ensuring complete, clean formation of thin, closely spaced cooling fins and uniform internal density for consistent heat dissipation.

The dual-proportional hydraulic system supports fully flexible multi-stage injection and low-pressure mold clamping, and is fitted with premium European or Japanese oil seals for sustained precision and long-term reliability. The clamping and mold height adjustment unit ensures even stress distribution and highly accurate mold positioning, while the injection system with high-flow valves and precision piston accumulator delivers highly repeatable injection performance for a wide range of spotlight heat sink mold designs.
