L883/L885 Series Side Access Inverted Bucket Steam Trap with Built-in Strainer 1/2"-2" Flanged/Threaded for Steam Line Drainage
Designed with an inverted bucket mechanism that utilizes the density difference between steam and condensate water, this steam trap achieves precise on-off control, ensuring zero steam leakage while efficiently discharging condensate and air. This unique design significantly reduces steam waste, improving the thermal efficiency of the entire steam system and helping industrial plants achieve substantial energy savings and lower operational costs over time.
Unlike ball float steam traps that are prone to damage from water hammer, this inverted bucket steam trap features a special structural design that offers excellent water hammer resistance. The internal bucket and lever mechanism are protected from sudden pressure shocks, ensuring continuous and reliable operation even in steam systems with unstable pressure conditions, such as steam mains and batch process equipment.
Available in L883 and L885 series with different specifications, this inverted bucket steam trap offers a wide continuous drainage capacity ranging from 1040kg/H to 3880kg/H, and supports a maximum working pressure of up to 55kg/cm². It can adapt to various pressure differentials (from 0.5kg/cm² to 25kg/cm²), making it suitable for different industrial steam applications from small process equipment to large boiler systems.
Featuring a top-removable bonnet design, this inverted bucket steam trap allows for easy disassembly and maintenance without removing the entire valve from the pipeline, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
