  The 22.2V‑27Ah solid-state lithium-ion battery pack is engineered for high-power industrial mobile systems that demand stable power supply and enhanced operational safety. As a 6S battery, it features a nominal voltage of 22.2V, a capacity of 27Ah and an energy rating of 599Wh, delivering a gravimetric energy density of 254.68 Wh/kg. With compact dimensions of 213.0 × 91.0 × 65.0 mm and a unit weight of 2.352 kg, it attains an optimal balance between power output and payload weight limits for field-deployed equipment.

  This battery pack has successfully completed the full UN38.3 test suite, including altitude simulation, thermal cycling, vibration, mechanical shock, short-circuit and crush tests. Classified as UN3480 Class 9 dangerous goods, it is provided with complete MSDS documents together with maritime, land and air transport assessment reports to support cross-border logistics. All batteries shall be equipped with anti-short-circuit protection measures and packed in robust outer packaging in compliance with IATA and IMDG requirements.

  The battery pack supports a maximum charging current of 54A and a charge cut-off voltage of 25.2V. Utilizing NCM solid-state cell technology, it exhibits superior thermal stability relative to traditional liquid lithium-ion cells, reducing the risk of thermal runaway under continuous heavy-load operation. Important Notice: This battery must be used with matched external protection hardware and is not capable of standalone operation.
