Answer: 1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. Within 10 days, 5,000 stockless orders will be completed.
Question 6: What file format do you need for custom designs?
Answer: We accept JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen confirmation.
Question 7: How many colors are available?
Answer: We match colors with Pantone Matching System. Provide Pantone color codes or we can recommend popular colors.
Question 8: Do we need to pay mold cost again for reorders?
Answer: If size doesn't change, you only pay once. Molds are durable and can be used long-term.
Question 9: How many samples will I get before bulk ordering?
Answer: First sample carries your logo for quality confirmation. Confirmed sample is sent for comparison with bulk cargo.
Question 10: What are the MOQ requirements for printed logos?
Answer: MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For stock products, lower quantities may be accepted.
Question 11: What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Answer: Send us a test report. We'll investigate and provide compensation within 10 days if factory responsibility is confirmed.
Question 12: Do you have FBA service to Amazon?
Answer: Yes, FBA service is available. Amazon FNSKU labels and barcodes required. We'll handle packaging and shipping to FBA.
