Are you a factory?
Of course, we are a swimming goggles factory with 10 years of experience in Huizhou.
What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 48 pcs but we accept lower quantity for trial orders. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost accordingly.
Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. For custom designs, there is a small sample charge which is refundable when order reaches certain quantity. Shipping via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples: 2-3 days (free). For custom designs: 5-7 days, depending on design requirements.
How long is the production lead time?
1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. Within 10 days, 5,000 stockless orders will be completed.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR or PDF. We have in-house designers who will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen for your confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. You can provide Pantone color codes or we can recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay mold cost again for reorders?
If the size doesn't change, you only pay once. The mold can be used for a long time.
How many samples will I get before bulk ordering?
First sample with your logo for quality confirmation. Confirmed sample sent for comparison with future bulk cargo.
What is the MOQ for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For stock products, orders below MOQ may be accepted.
What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Please send us a test report. After determining the cause, compensation will be paid within 10 days.
Do you have FBA service for Amazon?
Yes, FBA service is available. Amazon FNSKU (label and barcode) required. Barcode files should be sent online for application on each package.
How should I pay?
30% deposit to confirm order, balance payment when production completion proposal is sent. We accept Paypal, T/T, guarantee slip.
