Usually our MOQ is 48 pcs but we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. Sample charge for custom designs is refundable when order reaches certain quantity. Shipping via FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples: 2-3 days (free). For custom designs: 5-7 days depending on design requirements.
How long is the production lead time?
1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity of goggles is 3,000 sets. Within 10 days, 5000 stockless orders will be completed.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR or PDF. We will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. Provide Pantone color code or we can recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay mold cost again when reordering?
If size doesn't change, you only pay once. The mold can be used for a long time.
How many samples will I get before bulk ordering?
First sample with your logo to confirm quality. Confirmed sample sent for comparison with bulk order.
What is the MOQ for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For stock items, lower quantities may be accepted.
What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Send us a test report. We will investigate and provide compensation within 10 days if issue is factory-related.
Do you have FBA service to Amazon?
Yes, FBA service available. Amazon FNSKU label and barcode required. We handle packaging and shipping to FBA.
How should I pay?
30% deposit to confirm order, balance payment when production is complete. We accept Paypal, T/T, and guarantee slips.
