Wired Connection Guide
Before connecting your audio source, plug the soundbar into the power supply. The display screen will show "--", indicating that the unit is in Standby mode. Please leave it in this state until your audio connection is complete.
This soundbar supports five wired connection methods: AUX, OPT, COAX, USB, and HDMI(ARC). Select the appropriate method based on your source device. Once a successful connection is established, the corresponding input icon will illuminate on the display screen.
Step-by-Step Connection Instructions
1. Choose Your Connection: Based on the ports available on your TV or audio device, select one of the supported connection types.
2. Complete the Physical Connection: Use the appropriate cable to connect the device to the soundbar.
3. Power On: After the cable is connected, turn on the soundbar. It should automatically detect the input source, and the corresponding icon will light up.
Important Notes & Troubleshooting:
- TV Audio Output Setting (CRITICAL): Most TVs are set to use their internal speakers by default. After connecting via OPT, COAX, or ARC, you must manually change the TV's audio output setting to "External Speakers," "Audio Out," or "ARC" in your TV menu.
- HDMI ARC Compatibility: If using HDMI(ARC), ensure your TV supports this feature. This function is often disabled by default in TV settings, so enable "HDMI ARC" or "Audio Return Channel" in your TV's audio menu.
Wired Input Summary
HDMI (ARC): Best for high-quality TV audio (requires compatible TV)
OPT (Optical): Excellent digital audio for TVs and set-top boxes
COAX (Coaxial): Alternative digital connection for older AV receivers
AUX: Standard analog connection for phones, tablets, and older devices
USB: Plays audio files directly from a flash drive
