This is a new complete cylinder head assembly for the Mazda B2000 and Ford Courier pickup trucks equipped with the 2.0L NA-series SOHC 8-valve gasoline engine. Built to original FE1A-10-100 / FE1A10100 specifications, this head is a direct-fit replacement for 1984–1993 Mazda B2000 and 1985–1991 Ford Courier models, restoring factory compression and fuel economy.

Important Fitment Notes
- Engine Identification: This head fits the 2.0L SOHC 8V gasoline engine (NA series). It does NOT fit the 2.2L diesel (RF series) or the later DOHC engines. Please confirm your engine code reads "NA" or "FE1A" before ordering.
- Year Range: Designed for 1984–1993 Mazda B2000 and 1985–1991 Ford Courier. Earlier or later models may have different head designs.
- Gasket Matching: Always use a new head gasket (part number FS01-10-271) and torque bolts to factory specifications (cold torque: 50–60 Nm + 90° turn).
Installation Tips
- Clean the block surface thoroughly and check for flatness (max warpage: 0.05 mm).
- Replace head gasket, bolts, and coolant hoses during installation.
- Torque head bolts in the correct sequence: 3 stages (cold torque → 90° turn → final check).
- Prime the oil system by cranking the engine without spark plugs for 10–15 seconds before first start.
- Check coolant level and bleed air from the system after startup.
