Product Overview

This is a 100% brand new Hyundai-Kia G4FJ 1.6L turbo direct-injection (T-GDI) bare cylinder block, aluminum alloy casting with cast-in iron liners, open-deck cooling design, CNC deck surfaced and torque-plate honed. It is the correct block for all G4FJ 1.6T applications — not interchangeable with G4FD/G4FA non-turbo Gamma blocks due to piston oil-nozzle bosses, main cap geometry and turbo oil return port differences.
