Q1: What is the difference between MS-H-Pro+ and MS-H-S?
A: The MS-H-Pro+ features LCD digital control, with a more intuitive display and support for an external PT1000 sensor for precise temperature control. The MS-H-S uses analog knob control – more affordable and suitable for basic heating and stirring where high precision is not required.
Q2: Can your stirrer handle viscous liquids?
A: Yes. Our motor is a brushless DC motor with high torque, capable of stirring up to 20L (water). For viscous liquids (such as glycerol or polymers), we recommend reducing the speed or using a longer stir bar.
Q3: What if the work plate gets scratched?
A: Hengnuo’s work plates feature a ceramic coating. Although scratch-resistant and durable, avoid using hard metal tools on the surface. Minor scratches do not affect heating performance or chemical resistance, and the plate can continue to be used.
