Functions and Features:
- The deviation correction machine has automatic centerline alignment and edge alignment functions for selection for different web widths, to facilitate splicing paper operation in production.
- For all web width change operations, no operator is needed to feed paper to pass through the bridge conveyor, thus reducing manpower, avoiding deceleration and shutdown, and raising the production efficiency.
- For different material web widths, the tension machine has two dual braking control functions for selection : manual braking and automatic braking.
- The machine can decrease the loss due to manual edge alignment, thus reducing the cost, raising the efficiency and improving the paperboard quality.
- The tension machine is provided with a paper feeding motor, to facilitate paper feeding during flute type switchover for three-ply and five-ply paperboard.
