■Plastic crusher machine
Plastic crushers are used to crush waste plastics and plastic scraps from factories. Plastic crushers are widely used in the regeneration of waste plastics and the recycling and reuse of factory scraps.
The plastic crusher is driven by an electric motor to rotate the moving knife disc at high speed. During the high-speed rotation of the moving knife, it forms a tendency of relative motion' with the fixed knife. The gap formed between the moving knife and the fixed knife creates a cut for plastic crushing and shearing, there by breaking down large pieces of plastic. The crushed plastic is filtered through a screen to determine the size of the plastic particles and then output.

The crusher is easy to operate, and the knife change is simple and quick. The tool rest is optimized in design. The claw-shaped knife can disperse the force received, increasing the shearing force of each knife piece. It is suitable for crushing thick materials, hard material blocks, material heads, etc., effectively enhancing the cutting force of the tool and reducing tool wear. It is equipped with an electric control safety design. The hopper adopts a double-layer structure and is filled with sound insulation materials inside, which makes the equipment have good safety and environmental protection, energy-saving and durable.

Screens of different specifications can be replaced according to different needs to achieve the required material size.
The blades are made of alloy materials (such as 55SICR,SKD-11, D2 etc.), which have stronger wear resistance and a longer service life.
