- Reliable underground hauling: The JYB Transport Winch is mainly suitable for hauling mine carts in underground coal mines and other mines, especially in roadways with an inclination angle of less than 30°.
- Safety-first mining use: During operation, the methane and coal dust concentrations in the surrounding air must not exceed the limits specified in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", helping ensure safer performance in demanding mine environments.
- Stable installation conditions: It should be installed in a machine room with an air temperature of 0°C~40°C, relative humidity not greater than 85% (at 20°C±5°C), and altitude not exceeding 1000 meters.
- Durable operating environment: The winch should work in a dry, well-ventilated place that prevents liquid from entering electrical components and is free from severe vibration, jolting, and corrosive gases.
- High-altitude adaptability: When altitude exceeds 1000 meters, reduced air cooling effects and dielectric strength must be considered; selected electrical equipment should be designed or used according to the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.
