Human Serum Albumin (HSA) is synthesized by hepatic parenchymal cells and is the most abundant protein in human plasma. It acts as a carrier to transport nutrients such as fatty acids and amino acids, and can also regulate plasma pH and maintain plasma osmotic pressure.
Recombinant Human Albumin (ARTrHA) is a recombinant human serum albumin expressed and purified from Pichia pastoris by genetic recombination technology. It contains no animal-derived ingredients and carries no risk of blood-borne virus infection. With high batch-to-batch stability, it can be used as an excipient to replace serum-derived albumin and has a wide range of applications in the biomedical field.

Method of Application
Reconstitution: It is recommended to dissolve ARTrHA dry powder in sterile PBS solution to 200 mg/mL, followed by further dilution with other solvents and aliquoting. The sterile solution can be stored at 4 °C for 6-12 months. Use promptly after opening to prevent contamination.
Transportation and Storage
Ice pack transport. Storage temperature is 2‑8°C. In the dark, moisture‑proof, airtight, dry storage conditions, the validity period is 24 months.
