Human Serum Albumin (HSA) is synthesized by hepatic parenchymal cells and is the most abundant protein in human plasma. It acts as a carrier to transport nutrients such as fatty acids and amino acids, while regulating plasma pH and maintaining plasma osmotic pressure, making it an essential component of animal cell culture media.Recombinant Human Albumin (ARTrHA) is obtained by expression and purification from Pichia pastoris via genetic recombination technology. It contains no animal‑derived components and has no risk of blood‑borne viral infection. Compared with plasma‑derived Human Serum Albumin (pHSA), it possesses higher safety and stability, and can be used for the culture of various cell types, such as mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), embryonic stem cells (ESCs), induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and immune cells.

Method of Application
Reconstitution: It is recommended to dissolve ARTrHA dry powder in sterile PBS solution to 200 mg/mL, followed by further dilution with other solvents and aliquoting. The sterile solution can be stored at 4 °C for 6-12 months. Use promptly after opening to prevent contamination.
Transportation and Storage
Ice pack transport. Storage temperature is 2‑8°C. In the dark, moisture‑proof, airtight, dry storage conditions, the validity period is 24 months.
Applications
It can be used for animal cell culture, plasma matrix control, in vitro diagnostics (IVD), etc.
