Handling & Storage
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the lyophilized powder in sterile PBS or other suitable solvent. A final concentration of ≤ 50 mg/mL is recommended. Filter through a sterile membrane filter before use.
- Storage: Store unopened product at 2–8°C in a tightly sealed, dry container, protected from light. Reconstituted sterile solution is stable for up to 30 days at 2–8°C.
- Precautions: Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Use promptly after opening to prevent microbial contamination.
