Circular shear blades, also known as slitting machine blades, are widely used in the metalworking industry for galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, copper sheets, and steel strips. They are primarily made from high-quality tool steels and high-speed steels such as i9CrSi, 5CrW2Si, 6CrW2Si, Cr12MoV, LD, and H13K. The blades are required to have a flat edge, high wear resistance, and a smooth, burr-free cut.
