This Isocyanate-Capped Polyurethane Prepolymer Binder is formulated for the high-efficiency bonding of recycled rubber granules, EPDM particles, rubber rolls, dumbbells, and flocked mats. Engineered for environmental safety, it contains no toxic additives such as ortho-benzene or short-chain chlorinated paraffin (SCCPs). With low dosage requirements (2%–4% for base layers) and customizable working times up to 120 minutes, it delivers maximum mechanical strength, breathability, and high elasticity for gym and playground surfaces.
