CNC bracket machining involves cutting the component directly from a solid metal or plastic billet using computer-controlled mills and lathes. Compared to casting or stamping, it don’t need mold or die and don’t need to worried about the porosity risk.
Material is a vital factor for a bracket’s design and process.
At Vios, the common materials we use for our clients are aluminum 6061-T6 & 7075-T6, Stainless Steel 316 and Titanium Grade 5. In the bracket projects we made, aluminum 6061-T6 & 7075-T6 materials cover 75%-80% for their nice machining performance.
There are plentiful surface finishes for enhancing bracket’s performance, including sandblasting, hard anodizing, nickel plating and powder coating. 80% of our automotive and electronics clients did the Type III hard anodizing.
After we receive your drawing and requirements, we begin the work: Free DFM review - programming - material preparation - roughing - finishing - threading - drilling - deburring & cleaning - inspection.
We have rich experience in machining different brackets. No matter you need industrial machine bracket, electronics bracket, sensor housing bracket or engine mounting bracket, we are ready to support.
