In Vios, we have the complete machining process.

Prototyping: The first step is using CAD software to design the keyboard case and key layout. 

Programming: Then the CAD is converted into a CNC program by CAM software. 

Machining: We will use 3-Axis and the 5-Axis CNC Milling Machines according to the complexity of the shape. 

Post Machining: Once the machining is complete, the component will have deburring, polishing and surface treatment such as anodizing.
