At Vios, we utilize advanced 5-axis CNC machining to achieve superior dimensional accuracy, seamless anatomical contouring, and precise screw hole placement. The tolerance can reach to 0.005mm and achieves Ra 0.1-0.4 μm.
We offer materials processed include strength and biocompatible Ti-6Al-4V titanium, hard-wearing CoCr alloys and PEEK for lightweight options. And the surface treatments include passivation, anodizing and so on.
