DescriptionSilence Type GCB75S SB43 Hydraulic Rock Hammer Breaker is a hydraulic breaker designed for 11-16 ton excavators, suitable for a variety of complex working conditions, such as mining, road construction, railway construction and building demolition, etc. Its unique silent design effectively reduces noise and vibration, providing a more comfortable working environment for operators.
Working Principle
Hydraulic breaker mainly relies on hydraulic transmission system and impact force mechanism to achieve crushing. Its working process is divided into four stages:
- Piston return movement stage: the system high-pressure oil pushes the piston upward and compresses the gas in the nitrogen chamber at the same time.
- Piston return braking stage: when the piston approaches the end of the stroke, the high-pressure oil switches direction, causing the piston to slow down and stop.
- Piston stroke movement stage: the combined force of high-pressure oil and nitrogen expansion pushes the piston downward, generating impact force.
- Piston impact pause stage: after the piston impacts the drill rod, the hydraulic system switches direction, the piston pauses instantly and prepares for the next cycle.

- Through Bolt
Four bolts which connect the back head cylinder & front head.
- Back Head
The main function is to store nitrogen.
- Reversing Valve
Control the piston to move up and down at specified frequency.
- Cylinder
Here is the heart of the breaker, including the hydaulic circulation system to control the piston reciprocation.
- Piston
Transform the hydaraulic power into strike power,punch the chicel to break.
- Fronft Head
