Usage Instructions

1.Connection:Align cross‑valve connector or local‑style hand‑valve connector with the corresponding port of TIG welding machine, tighten firmly. Hook up argon gas pipeline to torch gas inlet, make every joint tight to avoid gas leakage.

2.Gas adjustment:Open argon cylinder valve, set gas flow rate based on workpiece thickness; 8‑12L/min is common for thin‑plate welding.

3.Tungsten‑electrode mounting:Fit proper tungsten electrode, adjust its length so that 3‑8mm sticks out from ceramic nozzle.

4.Welding operation:Power on the welder. Adjust built‑in manual valve on torch to control argon supply. Strike arc and keep suitable clearance between tungsten electrode and workpiece to perform welding.

5.Post‑welding handling:After welding, close the torch‑mounted gas valve firstly, wait a few seconds then cut off welder power. Coil the torch hose tidily, prevent sharp parts from scratching or compressing the cable‑hose.
