The DN15-DN50 Digital Metal Tube Rotameter is a high-precision, variable-area flow meter designed for demanding industrial environments. Unlike standard glass-tube meters, these feature a rugged stainless steel structure and a smart LCD transmitter, making them ideal for measuring liquids, gases, and steam under high pressure or extreme temperatures.
Operating Principle
The Metal Tube Rotameter is a variable area flow meter where the differential pressure across the annulus area remains constant. Flow rate is measured as a function of the annulus area created by the float position. The position of the float is sensed by a magnet and indicated on the dial in terms of flow rate.
