Chocolate Fountain Machine Operating Steps: 1. First, preheat the machine by turning on the [Heating Switch] for 10 minutes (set the temperature to the maximum of 110°C). The highest temperature is sufficient (the actual temperature inside the bowl is only around 40°C). Chocolate will solidify quickly when cooled, causing the machine to malfunction. Therefore, setting the temperature to the maximum is sufficient. The [Heating Switch] light will automatically turn off after reaching the set temperature, indicating a constant temperature state. Do not turn off the [Heating Switch] during operation. Turn on the [Rotation Switch] after 10 minutes of preheating. 2. Pour the completely melted chocolate sauce into the fountain machine. The volume of chocolate sauce should be more than half full, approximately 1500ml. (Please choose a free-flowing chocolate sauce. If the chocolate sauce is too thick, it will not form a continuous waterfall. You can add 1-2 teaspoons of cooking oil to thin it out and make it smoother.) 3. If the fountain machine does not achieve the desired waterfall effect, check if enough chocolate has been added or adjust the balance screw at the bottom of the fountain machine until the desired effect is achieved. 4. Since the fountain machine has a heating function, it is recommended that each continuous use last for 8-10 hours for optimal performance.

Cleaning Steps: 1. Power off: First, adjust the temperature to 0°C, then turn off the temperature control switch and rotary switch. 2. Place the stainless steel tower and screw rod in warm water (50-60°C) for cleaning. 3. Wipe the machine body with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and then drained. 4. Wipe the entire machine body with a dry cloth and store it in a dry place for future use.
