Product Overview
This model 802540 rechargeable lithium polymer battery pack is a stable power solution for compact portable electronics. Rated at 3.7V nominal voltage, 800mAh capacity and 2.96Wh energy, the cell dimension is 8mm(T)×25mm(W)×40mm(L). Equipped with a complete safety protection module composed of DW01 protection IC and two 6-pin 8205A MOSFETs, it effectively prevents overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent and short-circuit risks during charging and discharging.
The battery comes pre-wired with 1007 type 28AWG copper wires, routed out from the left side of the cell. The exposed wire length measures 30mm (excluding the plastic connector housing). A 1.25mm pitch 2P terminal plug is pre-soldered for easy plug-and-play installation. The wire polarity follows forward output layout: red positive wire on the left, black negative wire on the right, eliminating polarity misconnection errors for assembly.
Our pouch lithium cell features premium aluminum plastic laminated packaging with tight edge sealing, stable discharge performance and long cycle life, ideal for mass production matching small smart devices.
