Working Principle
- Return stroke: High-pressure hydraulic oil enters accumulator oil cavity, inwardly squeeze rubber cup, inner nitrogen is compressed, hydraulic energy converts into nitrogen compression potential energy and stored inside nitrogen chamber.
- Piston moves to top dead center for oil circuit reversal, high-pressure hydraulic oil switches into piston upper chamber.
- Power striking stroke: Compressed nitrogen expands instantly to push rubber cup reverse extrusion, stored hydraulic oil flows back into hydraulic loop to supplement instantaneous high flow, drive piston downward fast to hammer chisel.
- After single blow finished, hydraulic oil squeezes rubber cup again to compress nitrogen, circulate energy storage & release repeatedly.
